Jennifer has been in the retirement industry for 12 years, 9 of which have been as a General Manager. She has a natural affinity with seniors. Jennifer holds a certificate in both Business Administration and Retirement Communities Management. In the near future she will be taking her Masters in Healthcare Management.
She has relentlessly focused on delivering an exceptional lifestyle, ensuring the residents receive the highest quality of service.Jennifer excels in resolving resident and employee challenges with innovative solutions, systems and processes.These improvements have proven to increase efficiency. Lynne McLaren, RN, Director of Care
Lynne has spent over 15 years in a management/supervisory capacity in the retirement industry in York/Durham Region.A graduate of the York Regional School of Nursing she has been employed at Lynde Creek Manor for the past 8 years. Lynne has an extensive background in Mental Health, Psychiatric and Palliative Healthcare and a commitment to her continued education and professional growth.
Lynne’s passion for senior care is reflected in her desire to provide an atmosphere of acceptance, security, belonging and comfort for our residents.
Lindsay Devoe, Executive Chef
Lindsay has twelve years’ experience in the Food Service and Hospitality industry, eight of which are in the retirement industry. Lindsay’s initial training came from George Brown College where she received a diploma in Culinary Management. She also attended Alma International School of Italian Cuisine in Italy where she was trained by and fortunate to work alongside acclaimed Italian chefs.
Lindsay is dedicated and passionate about bringing you a unique enjoyable dining experience with a fresh seasonal menu. Lindsay is excited to be a part of the team at Lynde Creek Manor.
Christian-Ann Silveri, Marketing Director
Christian-Ann has been a wonderful addition to Lynde Creek Manor; demonstrating and upholding the missions and values that Lynde Creek has built its reputation on. She brings 25 years of marketing and customer service experience to her role. This extensive experience, combined with her compassionate and empathetic nature, allow her to market and demonstrate the unique services and inclusive amenities that Lynde Creek Manor offers across various marketing channels.
Christian -Ann helps guide residents and their families through these difficult decisions with the ultimate goal of ensuring our residents the best quality of life and their families peace of mind.

Donna has spent 20 plus years in the hospitality and health care field completing administrative duties. Donna brings a wide variety of skills to Lynde Creek Manor. She is compassionate about working with seniors and has proven it through all of her interactions with our residents. Donna is excited to be part of the Lynde Creek Manor team.
Donna enjoys a fast paced work environment and is always willing to drop what she is doing to assist the residents , families and guest.
Meaghan Darling , Activities Director
Meaghan is an enthusiastic and caring individual who is greatly experienced in a wide range of occupations. Meaghan has received two diplomas for Occupational Therapy Assistant and Physio Therapy Assistant. She has experience working and caring for children with special needs in a daycare facility during this time Meaghan would provide them with meaningful, therapeutic & structured activities throughout their day. Meaghan completed her school placement for Physio Therapy Assistant here at Lynde Creek Manor.
Upon completion of her placement she then went on to provide two years of Physio to the residents in our community. She has relentlessly shown her passion for working with seniors and providing a better quality of life through social, emotional , spiritual and physical activities. Meaghan is a positive and vibrant addition to the management team.
